Welcome to hopeandhaven.org (the "Site"), operated by Hope and Haven Network ("Hope and Haven," "we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not an emergency service

Hope and Haven Network is not an emergency or crisis-response service, and messages sent through the Site are not monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. If you need urgent help with housing, safety, food, or other immediate needs, call 211 to connect with community resources.

Information on the Site

The Site provides general information about Hope and Haven Network and Welcome Home Maternity Residence. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Reaching out through the Site starts a conversation; it does not create a commitment by you or by us, and it does not guarantee placement at Welcome Home or any particular service.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information, or impersonate another person

  • Send content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or unlawful

  • Try to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or access it by automated means

  • Use the Site to send unsolicited advertising

What you send us

When you submit a form or message, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You allow us to use what you send to respond to you and to carry out our work, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Donations

Gifts made through the Site are voluntary and are processed by third-party payment providers. Hope and Haven Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 86-3052711. Please consult your tax advisor about the deductibility of your gift. For donated items, please check the item description or contact us first, since some items must be new.

Our content

The text, logos, and design of the Site belong to Hope and Haven Network or are used with permission. Photographs are licensed from their owners. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability
