Hope and Haven Network ("Hope and Haven," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 86-3052711) serving Yamhill County and the Mid-Willamette Valley in Oregon. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through hopeandhaven.org (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the Site or email us, you may share:
Your name, email address, and phone number
How you prefer to be contacted
Information about your situation, such as whether you are pregnant or have children who would live with you
Your interests in volunteering, partnering, or giving, and the name of your church, business, or organization
Anything else you choose to include in a message
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to complete an application or give us every detail to reach out.
Donations
If you make a gift online, your payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive your name, email address, gift amount, and similar details so we can thank you and send a receipt. We do not store your full card or bank account numbers.
Information collected automatically
Our Site is hosted by Squarespace. Like most websites, it uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the website that referred you. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your questions and messages
Talk with you about whether Welcome Home Maternity Residence may be a good fit, or help connect you with other resources
Coordinate volunteering, partnerships, and donated items

Information you share through our Get Help form can be personal. We limit access to the people at Hope and Haven who need it to respond to you, and we treat it with care.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only:
With service providers that help us run the Site, receive form submissions, send email, or process gifts, and only as needed for those services
With another organization or resource, when you ask us to or agree to it
When required by law, or when we believe it is necessary to protect someone's safety
Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites, such as shared lists of current needs. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or method of transmission is completely secure.
